I bought the Realm of Thrones CAPTAIN Ergonomic Office Chair and it was well packaged and very easy to put together, took me about 20 minutes.
So far it is very comfortable, and I particularly like the breathable mesh back that means I don’t get as hot as I used to.
I know it sounds corny, but it has truly transformed my work-from-home experience. This chair is designed with comfort and support in mind, making long hours at the desk much more bearable. The lumbar support is adjustable and has significantly reduced the back pain I used to experience after sitting for extended periods.
The build quality of the chair is very good. It is made from durable materials that feel sturdy and reliable. The wheels glide smoothly across my floor, and the chair itself feels solid and well-constructed. I am hoping that this chair will last for years to come.

Seller was very responsive to a couple of questions I had before ordering and then, once I'd ordered the chair, they messaged me to offer any support I needed once I received it. The chair subsequently arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and was extremely well packaged.
Took me about 40 minutes to assemble with no need to get additional support as the included instructions made everything so easy. The tool and bolts provided were all perfect (there's even a spare bolt of every kind included which is a nice touch). The chair is very solid and both my son and I were impressed with the quality and comfort. We are both 6 feet tall and the height adjustability was just right for both of us.
At about 1/3 of the price of the John Lewis chair that barely lasted 2 years, this one was noticeably better in terms of quality and comfort. The wheels glide smoothly across our wooden flooring and the very comfortable arm rests can be easily folded up when required making sliding it under the desk so easy. The 5 year warranty gives additional peace of mind and hopefully it will last that long.
Highly recommend the chair (F-2025) as tremendous value for money with more than enough functionality for our requirements and Realm of Thrones as the seller.

I recently purchased the Realm of Thrones VALOUR Ergonomic Office Chair (Grey) and I’m genuinely impressed. The chair is extremely comfortable, making long hours at my desk much easier, whether for work or gaming.

Bought this upgraded and improved model, the name Valkyrie is as cool as its design and looks.
Lumbar support is particularly comfortable with its enormous sized and well padded cushion, setting it to a higher position and my back pain was gone after two weeks.
Also Very good head and neck support from its adjustable headrest, and the armrests are just in the right height and width range for my desk and work.
I particularly liked the forward-tilt which gave a better support than other chairs when I needed to sit more upright, the whole backrest gets to my back a lot closer and fuller, and I don't get tired after sitting for long hours as my back is supported to the shoulders.
Overall, a sturdy and durable chair with loads of adjustabilities and excellent build quality that came very well packaged and easy to assemble. Not the cheapest but definitely feels like the more expensive chairs.

I've tried 3 chairs over the last year to replace my 10-year-old Ergo human, after one of the arms finally snapped! - all 3 have gone back- 4th time lucky! As I did with my Ergo human, I had to replace the wheels, with larger casters on this occasion buying the: Mastery Mart Rollerblade Style Caster Wheels Replacement which worked a treat, the chair now glides, these also provide a little extra height which I need - pic attached. I still fail to understand why these types of wheels are not supplied as standard. The arms on this are great and the backrest provides brilliant! comfortable "adjustable" support. The build quality of this chair is excellent!

I bought this chair because a company that provides a 5 year warranty for their product, clearly believes in its durability to easily surpass that period.
I have bough many computer and gaming chairs over my life, and I could immediately tell a durability upgrade with this when I started arranging it because of how much thicker and stronger the material was compared to the chairs I bought before.
The adjustability of many parts is also very nice to fit to your own comfortability, e.g. height of headrest, etc. One useful addition would be being able to adjust the headrest forward/backward. Because with maximum tilt, if you rest your head on the headrest, you'll end up looking slightly upwards rather than forward. But the only circumstance where this matters is if you put your feet up somewhere high like a couch.
The point is, this is a top quality chair, is very comfortable and ergonomic, and I wish there were more such companies around.
